IVI products are warranted to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. IVI will repair or replace at IVI’s option, any product found to be defective and exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to scratched lenses, damage from abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. IVI makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. IVI shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. 

If you suspect that your IVI product contains a defect, you may send the product to IVI for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable in price, size and style at IVI’s sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by IVI’s warranty policy will be shipped back to you. For a warranty evaluation, your product should be sent pre-paid and insured to IVI at:

Customer satisfaction is IVI's top priority. If the IVI product you purchased from IVIvision.com does not fit as expected, you may return it for exchange or refund. 

Only items purchased from IVIvision.com can be returned to IVI. Items purchased from IVIvision.com cannot be returned to any other retailer. Any items purchased from any other retailer must be returned to that retailer. 

All returns must be shipped to IVI in like new, resalable condition within thirty (30) days of sale date as recorded on receipt. 

All refunds will be to the method of payment used to purchase the item(s) being returned. 

Returned items with non-stock lenses (e.g., custom tinted, etc.) Cannot be refunded or credited. 

All items must be packed securely and returned in like new, resalable condition accompanied by all protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to, temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets. Please include a photocopy of the IVI invoice that accompanied your shipment.

IVI expressly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with IVI’s return policy. All nonconforming returns will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.


IF If you break your IVI product after 90 days of use, but within 12 months of original purchase, our IVI replacement discount lets you replace them with the same, or if unavailable an equivalently priced, pair at 50% off the original retail price. This discount may only be used once and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. It does not apply to loss or theft, and you must present your proof of purchase and damaged product to qualify for discount.
