How long does a furniture order take to get completed?

From the time we receive the 50% deposit it will take approximately 8-10 weeks for orders to be completed. Sometimes we can complete it sooner depending upon current workflow.

Can an order be rushed for a quicker completion date?

A rush order can be requested and if current workflow permits we can sometimes accommodate a rush order for an added fee. This fee price will be based upon how quickly order is needed and the size of the order.

Can I make changes to an item I see on your website or catalog?

Yes, since every item is handcrafted and made to order, you may request any specific changes such as sizing and dimensions, finish, drawer configuration, hardware choice and much more. Custom changes to an existing collection piece may have an upcharge that you will be quoted on.

Can I provide a photograph or drawing of something I want created especially for myself or my client?

Yes. We have complete custom capabilities and you may provide us a drawing, photograph or detailed description of what you are looking for. If it is something we feel we can create, we will provide you a quote along with a drawing for your approval for a small fee.

Do you provide trade discounts?

Yes, we work closely with trade professionals such as contractors, interior designers and retail store owners. The appropriate discounts will be provided to trade professionals.

Do you have a warranty or guarantee on your products?

Since all of our products are handcrafted and made to order in Orange County, CA using the highest quality and materials, we have no need to provide warranties. Our items and products have proven to be of high value and stand the test of time with the proper care and meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.

Do you accept returns?

Since all of our items are custom handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns. Our items and services are specialty items and therefore cannot be returned unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item or some other design element or mistake on our part.
